The Actualization Club exists not only in our meetings. It’s a living community that stays active before and after gatherings.

Pre-Meeting Preparation

Before a meeting, each member:

  • Writes (or updates) a short paragraph about themselves: who they are, what they want to get out of the group, and what goals or dreams they want to work toward.
  • Suggests activities or exercises they would like to try in the group.

All of these are shared with everyone in advance, so that by the time the group gathers, members already know something real about each other, and the meeting itself can start from a place of familiarity rather than from scratch. This makes our meetings more effective and efficient.

The Group Chat

Members stay in touch through a group chat (e.g. WhatsApp). This is a space for:

  • Reporting daily progress made since the last meeting
  • Sharing obstacles or challenges
  • Asking questions and brainstorming solutions together
  • Celebrating wins, small and big

People tend to be genuinely active in this space because it feels like a support network for their entire life: emotionally, practically, and professionally.

Shared Goals Document

Each member’s personal goals and aspirations are written down in a shared document (e.g. a Google Doc) that everyone in the group can read and comment on. This transparency allows members to proactively and productively offer help, make introductions to useful people, or share relevant resources.

It also keeps each person accountable to what they said they wanted, in a gentle and supportive way.
